ENTRY into this year’s Southern Art and Craft Trail is now open to all interested artists, art groups and galleries.

The Trail will be held from September 26 to October 11 and is the 18th year of the event.

More than 300 artists exhibited across 85 venues last year and event organisers are hoping to increase those numbers again this year.

Past venues have included cafes, wineries, galleries, community halls and libraries to showcase everything from sculptures, painting, photography, print making, glass work, textiles and jewellery.

The Trail will stretch from Pemberton and Manjimup right across to Hopetoun, encompassing Walpole, Denmark, Albany, Mount Barker, Lake Grace and towns in between.

ArtSouthWA membership forms and Trail application forms can be found and completed online at artsouthwa.com.au – ArtSouthWA membership is compulsory for entry to the Trail.
